Some workers receive lower pay although they are doing the same job, same section in the same company.<br />It is because of the worker status ( Outsource worker or direct worker )<br />Also workers did not receive any health insurance and did not register as Jamsostek member (standard Worker social insurance in Indonesia).<br />After a view hours oration some delegation from union can meet government and parliament delegation to do hearing.
